What does 24F do?
24F runs the supply side of an ecommerce brand for you. We design products, act as your sourcing agent with the factory (or work with your own manufacturer and stock), store your inventory, and fulfill and ship orders worldwide with brand-first tracking. Clients can also add free software for fulfillment, accounting, analytics, chargebacks and customer support; it is optional.
Can I use my own manufacturer?
Yes. You choose how manufacturing works. 24F can act as your sourcing agent: we find, vet and quote factories and direct production for you. Or you keep your own manufacturer and your own inventory, and 24F receives, stores and fulfills it. Factory pricing is passed to you without hidden margin or profit added on manufacturing. Either way, goods are received into inventory by SKU and fulfilled the same way.
What do my customers see when they track an order?
Your brand. Customers follow their parcel on a tracking page that shows your brand, and the tracking API puts the same view on your own site. Customs declarations are always accurate and the country of origin is never misrepresented. Tracking is uploaded to Shopify automatically, your team follows every parcel through 17TRACK embedded in the 24F dashboard, and key shipments such as creator seeding parcels can trigger alerts.
Do I have to use 24F's software?
No. The software is an optional, free addition for 24F clients, not a requirement: you can use 24F for sourcing or fulfillment alone and keep your existing tools. Clients can add five workspaces at no extra cost: Fulfillment, Accounting, Upgraded Analytics, ACR for automatic chargeback responses, and AI Customer Support. Accounting, Analytics, ACR and AI Customer Support stay off until you switch them on, and every integration can be disconnected at any time. AI employees are included free for fair, non-excessive use; heavy use beyond that is billed at the AI provider's API cost, with no markup.
Which tools does 24F integrate with?
Shopify, Meta Ads, Mercury, email, Loop Subscriptions and 17TRACK, each one optional. Each connection asks only for what its workspace needs: Meta Ads and Mercury connect with read-only tokens, and 24F never asks for admin access to your bank or ad accounts. Through the 24F MCP, Claude or ChatGPT can manage those integrations and every action in your workspaces, with keys that carry only the permissions you grant.
Who runs my account, people or AI?
Both. AI employees work around the clock, every day of the year, and people are on standby, including weekends and holidays, for anything that needs a human.
How does 24F keep costs low?
Automation keeps 24F's own running costs down, and the savings are passed on to you, so 24F costs less than standalone suppliers. Currency is converted at FX-grade rates, not the 3 to 6% conversion fee many providers charge. Many fulfillment providers quote case by case; 24F publishes the same all-in shipping rates for every client in its shipping calculator and rate table, with no volume tiers, negotiated discounts or hidden fees. Where is 24F based?
24F is an American-led company operating in China, close to where products are made, stored and shipped from. 24F ships from 4 warehouses in China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu and Hangzhou), plus partner warehouses in the UK, the US and Australia. Our clients sell mainly on Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify.
Is 24F a middleman?
No. 24F is not a factory, and it is not a reseller marking up other companies' products. 24F does the sourcing, design, GTIN, FDA and VAT registrations, storage, fulfillment and software itself, and your contract for them is with 24F, not a third party. For manufacturing, 24F acts as your sourcing agent and directs production at the factory from quotation to finished stock, with no hidden margin or profit added on manufacturing. How can I check that 24F is legitimate?

Every package is insured up to US$600 against damage or destruction.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product and the manufacturer. Every quotation states the MOQ, unit cost and lead time, so you know them before you approve anything.
